Great for the holidays! Slightly acidic with a subtle tart cranberry note up front smoothing out to a malty nutty finish. Expect a variety of notes depending on your brew method. French Press method smoothed out the acidity and tart cranberry note. Grind to auto drip for French Press if you want more of a cowboy coffee experience.

Cupping Notes: Cherry, cranberry, red wine, malt, nutty, milk chocolate.
