Origin: Ethiopia

Cupping Notes: Fudge, Dark Chocolate, Berry, Toffee

This complex, and dynamic roast makes a smooth, rich espresso. Also makes a great afternoon, or after dinner coffee. Those who prefer a bold cup will enjoy commuting with this baby!

Cupping Notes: Cocoa nibs, stone fruit, earthy tones

Here’s a no frills daily cup for those of you who don’t what strong chocolate notes. It’s simple and straight forward.

Cupping Notes: Where do I begin? It’s been my favorite so far into 2019. What comes to mind are medium chocolate notes, caramelized sugar, pecan. Great daily coffee if you like these chocolaty rich note, and creamy roasts. I don’t tire of this one, It’s strong, bold, and flavorful.

Cupping Notes: Burnt Caramel, Dark Brown Sugar, Chocolate

Newly released this dynamic Colombian bean profiles richer and stronger than Costa Rica and Honduras. From start to finish it cups smooth and evenly through cooling.Makes one of the best iced coffee I’ve had this year.

Cupping Notes: Medium bodied, brown sugar, apple, earthy tones.

Nutty, more chocolatey as it cools. The sharpness from the apple note does well for those who prefer creamr.

Cupping Notes:  McMurry Meadows is roasted a slightly darker than Alabama Hills. Here’s a dynamic cup! Medium bodied, burnt sugar, apple, earthy tones. Nutty, chocolatey, leathery notes open up as this cup cools. The sharpness from the apple note does well for those who need creamer. Makes a wonderful iced coffee!
